Regan avenue needs parking lines. This street has been dug up and patched multiple times in past years and we have no more parking lines. The homeowners who have lived here prior know how to park but the multi-unit rentals and all thier company don't know how to park.
Also, they don't care. New parking lines could be a helpful guide. It worked when we had them.

Pentland Ave Brentwood, PA - Brentwood
There have been TWO abandoned vehicles parked on Pentland Avenue for MONTHS now.
Old small black car with Georgia plates - was reported and tagged 2+months ago and is still sitting there and NEVER moves and is NEVER driven. Belongs to problem property owners.
Red Ford Escort - PA plates, two flat tires. Hasn't moved in 2+ months.
I don't care if either car has valid anything. They are abandoned. They are an eyesore. And they are taking up valuable parking spaces in an area where it's hard enough trying to find an open spot anywhere near your own home.
124 West Brentridge Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15227, USA - Brentwood
A few weeks after posting this issue on here and contacting police several times it was finally fixed and the car had been moved. But it back. He does not live on this street and should not be parking and leaving his beat up BMW in moved for weeks at a time

There exists a very dangerous condition at the rear of the property at 248 Wainwright. Three maple trees that appear to be infected with anthracnose show significant dead wood and branches and pose a severe risk of damage to people and property from falling dead limbs and potential tree fall due to storms. These trees need to be removed as soon as possible.
Glendale/Elroy Intersection Brentwood, PA - Brentwood
The sidewalk at the intersection of Glendale Ave and Elroy Ave is not accessible at times due to a.) weeds that are overgrown and growing onto the sidewalk and b.) a car that continually parks on the corner and blocks the sidewalk (generally in the evening and early morning, as they seem to work during the day). The kids who walk from Glendale to Elroy Elementary are forced to walk out and around the vehicle onto the street in a dangerous intersection. The owner of the car has been politely asked to move, but continues to park on the corner. It's a dangerous intersection and the sidewalk should be useable.
2920 Glendale Ave Brentwood, PA - Brentwood
The house at 2920 Glendale was purchased in August by REALTY CHOICE INVESTMENTS LLC . Prior to then, this property had been reported for the mess of weeds in the front yard and we were told Brentwood was in charge on handling the property and they were cut down, but never cleaned up. Now, the problem is continuing. The weeds are growing high again and onto the sidewalk. It's an eyesore. The new property management company is not maintaining the property. I have not once seen them trim or clean up the yard since they have taken ownership. Please assist.
2899 Clermont Avenue Brentwood, Pennsylvania - Brentwood
There is a car that continually parks at the intersection of Clermont Ave and Glendale Ave. (They are parked on Clermont, by the stop sign from Glendale, where the yellow line is). The car is illegally parked and continues to park in this area. It is extremely difficult to see around the vehicle when making a turn from Glendale onto Clermont. I have almost been in an accident on several occasions at the intersection because of the way the car continues to park. Also, I have witnessed others in near accidents at the intersection for the same reason. 2 days ago, a car proceeded to pull out to make a right hand turn onto Clermont and halted quickly when a passing car on Clermont blew their horn to alert the other driver. Please review this situation. Perhaps better signage would help to alert the car it is not okay to park there.
