Thank you for all the hard work you and your dept. do. I am a resident and property manager and over see 50+ units. This forum is great in theory and has helped clean up the city in some ways. I unfortunately have to unsubscribe to this since I don't have time to sift trough the legitimate issues and the ones that should be resolved trough the tried and proven methods. Like reaching out to your neighbors and fellow citizens. (Inflatable pools and downed tree branches....... are just part of summer). One again this is a example of the introverted society we are becoming by hiding behind our phones and relying and burdening our local governments to solve all of our problems. Obviously there are some residents and properties that are not maintained and unapproachable. We should keep the gossip and snooping on the front page forum and leave the legitimate issues here. Thanks again for all your hard work

36 Rose Street Burlington, Vermont
Our neighbors at 32-34 Rose Street are constantly dumping furniture, rugs, and garbage in front of where we live at 36 Rose street. The newest addition is an old carpet and a white couch that was put there over the weekend when someone was moving out.
Thanks! Thanked!167-199 Gosse Ct Burlington, Vermont
Log was recently moved about 5' east and now is a hazard obstructing the path. Presumably it was moved to keep motorists from parking further up during baseball games but it now presents a hazard, especially at night, to walkers and bikers who routinely use the path.
Please come up with another solution to manage the parking, perhaps an additional log further up not blocking the path. Thanks!

Peaking out from under a blue tarp on the Brookes Ave side of this house are many bags of garbage...the pile is building. Aren't rental properties supposed to have rodent-proof trash containers?

Parking Place for Rent, Near Hospital and UVM

I have an extra off-street parking spot available for rent. I live one block from the University of Vermont Medical Center, and UVM. $15 per week
I also noticed that this end of the street is labeled private parking only but yet the whole street was repaved at public expense last year. How can this be? Can someone explain?
Sears Lane Burlington, Vermont
Rail crossings on main line (2) and spur all present danger to those who walk/bike, particularly those with a short-term, long-term disability with destinations like the Elementary School, medical services opposite the School, and service between Sears Lane and Lakeside Ave, etc., along Pine Street. Crossing needs to be like Lake Street walk/bike rubber rail crossing and at least 5 feet wide (now four feet marked) Tony Redington
