This is my 2nd complaint. The Subway Restaurant on the corner leaves out their filled (and empty) trash cans (5-6) out all the time on the sidewalk. They are overflowing w/ trash and often trash is blown out and all over the street/sidewalk. They also attack rats. I understand that the City does not allow trash cans to be out in front of residences/business more than 24 hours before & after scheduled trash pick-up or there is a $50 fine. Not only is this against the City's ordinance, but it is unsanitary, unsafe and a eye sore. Please respond by making the owner of the Subway restaurant use the alley for his trash - NOT A PUBLIC SIDEWALK. Thank you.
