    The parking lot at Curcombe St and Hendricxsen Ave cannot be accessed due to a large pile of gravel blocking the entrance. The lot itself is also not ready for parked cars. The sports teams who pay to use Colt Park are dependent upon this lot for parking and the season has begun. This lot needs to be cleared immediately and the entrances made accessible again.

    There is a tremendous volume of tree trunks and branches that have been dumped into the parking lot at the corner of Hendricxsen and Maseek streets. These massive piles have encouraged household dumping, are an eyesore and will prevent users of Colt Park to park their vehicle off-street when baseball season begins in two weeks. There is also high piles of snow that need to be bulldozed down in order that they melt more quickly.

    This pothole is about 6 inches deep by 8 inches wide somebody walking on the sidewalk can step right in it and break an ankle.

    The area of Tower Avenue between Coventry & Barbour St. is terrible. I take this route everyday to work and it feels as if i'm on a rollercoaster every day. The city of hartford has money to make the south end look nice (atleast decent). I notice they can care less how the north end of Hartford is presented.

    This property is strewn with litter and bedding. The grass is never cut and the bushes are overgrown. The garbage cans are always on the sidewalk. Shoes hanging on wires going to the building.

    The building has been breached and is being used by squatters and for drug activity. It needs to be boarded up! Owner of the property is PNC Bank.
