Was called for repairs 6 months ago,4 months ago they filled it in and the water in the pipe wash the dirt away, two months ago I got the cones. I put the plywood down and the cinder block. it is a safety hazard for the children in the neighborhood.

    I am a renter at 208 Shields Rd. Stockbridge 30281. I had a City of Stockbridgd Sewer Dept come out July 17th to assess a clogged pipe which was backing up my toilets, sinks and tubs. They worked on main line for 2-3 hrs and advised me it was not a City issue,it was an Internal issue and to have the Owner/Property mgr get a Professional plumber. The plumber arrived and found out we have a septic tank in the backyard, NO SEWER ... I have been paying Sewer cost/fees since March 2020 and I can get a Refund of cost and fees paid to date...I pulled up my statements and found a total of $617.39 in charges.     There are two 2 pot holes with the city's cones around them that is making it very difficult to get on and off Sage Court. These cones have been there for some time but these pot holes have not been fixed.

    I have a terraced lot in Willow Springs Subdivision that required railroad tie retaining walls on both lateral sides of my home.

    1. The railroad ties are at life's end and are rotting and separating.
    2. I had a survey done and the walls reside on both neighbors property.
    3. Multiple attempts to have the City of Stockbridge (COS) Code Enforcement office to offer advice as to who is responsible fro paying to replace the walls have been unsuccessful.
    4. COS sent my neighbors a letter requesting they address the issue.
    5. Neighbors have not addressed the issue.
    6. My neighbor's and my home are at risk of the wall collapsing and risking damage to the homes.
    7.The walls are not only dangerous but also terribly unsightly.
    8. The walls were approved when the subdivision was developed but are not on the survey filed, hence why I had to pay 450.00 for a survey.
    9. One neighbor has been somewhat responsive but taken no action. The other neighbor refused to address the issue stating the wall is on my property but has not produced a survey to challenge my survey.
    10. I tried calling the city attorney and could never get a return call.

    I am attempting to avoid a wall collapse that would comprise the home structures on both accounts and need a ruling on what portion if any I am responsible to pay if the wall is replaced. Please help!
