I keep reporting this issue, and you eventually close the ticket, although it took over 3 months for you to close on 8/29. Of course it rained today, and the same thing happens after each rainfall. A HUGH lake effect in front of my house along with at least 4 other neighbors homes. I thought you guys were going to try to resolve this another way, as whatever is being done is not working. Please advise.

We just got new sidewalks on our block when the cement truck moved in to pour the cement the sewer drain collapsed! Please help fix this as this is our better drain on the block!

Storm drain is blocked below the metal grate. I cannot unclog it. Mosquito breeding ground!

Every time it rains the street gets flooded. The drain is clogged. There is nothing clogging the drain right now.

This issue was reported in October 2016 and still has not been resolved.

The street was repaved in the fall and left the grate higher than the street so the water collects around it but does not drain. The water is 6 inches deep. I cannot use my side and step on the street.

This catch basin backs up everytime it rains and takes days (some times weeks) before the water in the street drains. The water overflows nearly up to the sidewalk when the rain is heavy and it washes out the lawn from the street to the sidewalk. Over the winter, a large chunk of the top layer of asphalt had broken free and there is now an enormous pothole hidden under the pool of water pictured in the attached images. In addition, in order to avoid driving through the flooded street caused by this basin, drivers have driven across my front lawn and destroyed it. This basin has been an issue for over 30 years now. it is getting extremely frustrating to walk outside and see the front lawn destroyed and a lake in the street.
