And how about the Church at 20th and Spring Garden. People park on the sidewalk next to the Church, along the median in Spring Garden Street and even in the turning lane - at least 3 times a week for regular services and more for funerals and weddings. I saw a woman in a wheelchair have to ride from Spring Garden to Brandywine in 20th Street because she couldn't get past the cars and a car was blocking the handicap ramp.
