As of 12/11/2009 - the problem hasn't been fixed. On Friday afternoon, 12/4/2009, a Fairmount Park ranger driving a hybrid SUV on the canal path was notified of the hole. She had driven right by it and apparently hadn't noticed it.

Fairmount Staff investigated today but could not find the exact location of the problem.

3/10/2010 - Here's another pic. Today I called Fairmount Park operations at the number given above and they didn't know what SeeClickFix was. But a supervisor is supposed to call me back.
