Description
Several concrete power poles are spalling - that is: large chunks of concrete are separating and falling off the poles. Rebar can be seen and clearly this is a danger and represents a failure potential. Some poles have been replaced by new adjacent poles - and some originL poles are on much worse condition. I have called the power company more than once with no return calls or recognition or the problem/ situation.
