Description
Reflective guard rail is broken again and sticks out into the pedestrian crosswalk. This guard rail is repaired at least 3 times per year. Plastic and metal do not work well together. It will always break off. Upgrade this guard rail to metal on metal. This will teach DC drivers when they bump the rail to drive properly.
