Vehicles parked in front of vacant property. Mercedes and Van. Everyday commercial and non-commercial vehicles park on sidewalk.
Recent 311 complaint not resolved. Community Board needs to intervene regarding zoning regulations. Building does not have garage, driveway or and means of vehicle storage, therefore, sidewalk parking is illegal.
SR #C1-1-969975401 closed with following statement "The Police Department responded to the complaint and determined that police action was not necessary." Please insist precinct enforce zoning. Thank You.
