Description

some residents have filled in the culverts of their driveways so water cannot drain properly, therefore backing up any storm water. also the city use to maintain the ditch running behind 10237 macon road but has not done so in years. not sure why.
engineer said would not put men in ditch due to large trees. however the trees would not be there if had been properly maintained these past years. not sure why city stopped clearing it especially since it flows into trout river. would like engineer to explain to me why they stopped clearing it in the first place.
