After a 600,000 project to take the crown out of the street...they never put gravel down before the macadam.
Me smelled a payoff...hence the street is collasping.
The contractor should be held responsible.

After a 600,000 dollar taking the crown out of the street payoff. The street is collapsing because the contractor never put down stone before laying the macadam. I wonder why? :)

fix it and fix it now ,you have had time to do something about it but you never do.
