Description
3863 Beecher NW - incomplete sidewalk repair by utility company. Concrete sidewalk not restored to original condition - per DDOT standards - following utility repair. Asphalt patch appears to be adjacent to "GAS" cover. DDOT - please identify responsible utility and restore original concrete sidewalk.

per inspector Downing: Sidewalk has a LARGE hole missing and causing an uneven travel path.
