Description

At the end of the block approaching 14th, there is a sign which reads "zone 1 permit hours only 9:30am-4pm 6:30pm-8:30pm Monday-Saturday."  But for several hundred yards in the lead up to this sign there is no mention of an RPP zone--not a sign marking the end of the zone, or a sign marking that it continues.  There is, however, halfway down the block (perhaps a hundred or more yards away) signs which suggest that parking may be permitted--a no parking [rush] zone sign, a strange "except Mondays" signs, and a street cleaning sign.  Nothing related to RPP is visible here.  Several tickets have come in regarding the same spaces in front of those signs.  We will need to resolve the RPP zone signage with either an end marker or signs showing it continues.
