Description

Many nights especially on the weekends there are large amounts of people late at night (if is 2am now) at the parking lot on Chapel/North Pearl/Sheridan "tailgating"-- screaming and playing music loud from their cars, throwing glass bottles,cursing. This parking lot should be closed after midnight. No one in the lot pays at that point. It is a nuisance and the source of a lot of trouble. It is where a lot of unsavory activity occurs. Those of us living there shouldn't have to hear it in the middle of the night.
