Weeds and high grass cutting season has ended. In order to address these issues during grass cutting season, please open a new request in the spring if this problem persists. Thank you.

Evidently, IT Dept. has changed this system to closing issue completely and requests we file a new report. I receive a pay check and will do this re-patrolling of ward 3 when mowing program begins. I am bothered, however, that those they were unable to do will not receive priority; also, I thought that was one purpose of seeclickfix--to archive & store a list that did not get mowed. I have at least 10 more answered this way. Why were we not informed of the change.? I could have used some of that mowing patrol time to resolve another ward issue. Jim
