Description
Commuters trying to enter the bay bridge constantly ignore red lights and gridlock the intersection at First and Harrison (and surrounding area). Traffic cops assigned to the intersection to move traffic just stand on the corner and watch it happen. Traffic law enforcement is desperately needed during commute times to stop this dangerous nuisance.

Officers stationed for evening fixed post control of the intersection at times manually control the timing of the traffic signal at this intersection instead of directing traffic from the street. If you have any comments about this deployment you can call parking enforcement at (415) 553-1631.
