Missed this in the submission. This is a bag of rocks / concrete in the alley. Also asked the contractor (while he had the forklift) to dispose.

Has this been handled? DPW_MFO has not acknowledged.

NO - as of last night. And, to further complicate the matter, electrical work has happened and there all kinds of screws, metal shavings, metal pieces strewn about. Spent about an hour picking up pieces.

i did personally go to this address and spoke to several contract company's but the company who actually responsible for the bag of concrete is called Tyler Mayer's but they weren't there but one company claim they would move the bag for me but i went back and i see they didn't move the bag i will see if i can get a limb loader to pick it up the bag weighs some hundreds pounds

Thank you. Don’t forget the concrete pales. This should be a charge back to the general contractor. The city / county shouldn’t be out any money.
