I have contacted animal welfare several times. My neighbor has several cats that she allows to roam. They spoke to her in may, but the problem still continues. My yard and deck furniture is constantly covered in feces and urine. I do not need a cat trap, I need the owner to restrain her cats and keep them off my property.
