Still nothing has been done. This is unacceptable. The furniture is now falling apart on itself. There are rats roaches all ove the garbage. We deserve to be able to walk our streets without looking at a pile of garbage. We have been reporting this for over 8 months! Give me a break. Have sanitation come pick up the trash and send the home owner a bill.

Update from Codes Inspector: "This property we are aware of. There are multiple Codes cases on this property. Originally there were tenants at the property whom with some encouragement would clean up. Now the tenants have moved and since the case began the owner is now deceased. We have no solid contact with son and can not locate him. We will again try some new and old avenues for contact & compliance. I will review with the Sanitation Inspector and see if we can find a remediation for this problem." According to Codes and Sanitation, these items have been picked-up this morning.
