Despite many communication with the city officials, and their following up with the object of the complaint, Pikes Electric ( to be verified) maintains it's activity ( erecting cranes and lifting equipment ) well before 6 am, sometimes at 3 am. In addition to the noise related to the equipment, we have the luxury of hearing technical instructions being communicated over a loudspeaker, again sometimes as early as 3 am. Today is Labor Day, cranes have been active very early.
At times, we hear continuous static from a loud radio, probably unmanned. Had to call the police to make it stopped as it had gone unreported all over night.
Scott spoke with them several times, no one there seems to admit to using loudspeakers. Would a YouTube video be in order?
