This is my second attempt at reporting this property as it continues to be maintained in a proper way. Even after the city put a notice to do so on the front door! This house needs to be maintained. It NEEDS TO BE TREATED FOR TERMITES since there is obvious termite damage on the house. Whoever owns this property needs to be held responsible, vacant or not! Also, the lawn and back yards have not been taken care of on a regular basis. There are mass amounts of overgrowth and all are effecting the other houses next to it. In addition, there are large hornet and wasp nests in the backyard that effect the surrounding properties (which have children and pets) making it very hard to utilize our outdoor space.
