This family situation at this single family property is out of control. There are too many people/children living in this illegally sub divided house where there is little or no child supervision. Known felons are frequenting this property (that live at 200 SW 67th AV - there were 4 arrests there in 2 yrs, for probation violation DUI & HEROIN distribution at 200 SW 67th) living there along with the children. The gang of juveniles run wild in the streets screaming, with no respect for anyone or their property, terrorizing 4 -5 families on a regular basis until sometimes after 11:30 -12 mid night There is no peace in our neighborhood. Please help us!

Code Officer Lakosky - Drug dealers and other scammers have been camped out in various rental houses or crashing on the vulnerable in the area along Pines Blvd for years and they all know each other and know which houses to shuffle among when law enforcement takes one of them down. Since Code Enforcement is supposed to be part of the police we sure would appreciate your feeding back to the police along with residents who have been doing so for years with mixed results.

Thanks for your help. Part of the troubled history of that area is that the sub-divided back of that house just by itself has seen endless transient renters come and go, several every year, for many, many years. I hope Code Officer Thomas George and others in Code haven't been told any different. This is something that long-term homeowners there should be able to confirm.

Another drunk & disorderly last night at this location- scary...along with 200 SW 67th Av. 2 units dispatched, fighting, disgusting behavior & language & large chards of broken glass all over the road. All in front of their children. Please clean up our neighborhood. We never know what is going to happen next. This is no way to have to live.
