Code Officer Whitt addressed this issue on three seperate occasions (10/9 at approx 11:10am, 10/15 at approx 10:30am & 10/17 at approx 4:30pm) & did not witness any vehicle repairs being done. To further pursue this issue, Code Compliance will either need a completed Pemb Pines Police Dept report or have an Affidavit completed by a complainant that is signed & notarized. I walked by this again and they were working on cars in the driveway at 7:30 pm on Tuesday night.

If they are working on vehicles after 5pm, please contact the Pemb Pines Police Dept at 954/431-2200 & ask that a police officer respond & write a report. Or a complainant may come to the Code Compliance office at 18400 Johnson Street, Pemb Pines, & complete an affidavit, which would be notarized & submitted for evidence. Without either a police report or notarized affidavit, Code Compliance is unable to pursue this without the Code Officer witnessing it.
