How can you acknowledge and close this issue whithout doing anything - nothing has been done as I am currectly looking at the standing water ????

Still standing water ! How could anyone have been out to clear the blockage in the 2 catch basins if there is still standing water ?????

GM,to my understanding a crew has been to this location. I have a question are you sure those arent just low spots,and are you certain there are basins where the standing water is?

Per your conversation with the DWSD Maintenance & Repair Manager, this issue is being closed. DWSD has cleared nine basins in the area. As discussed, any blocked basins on the actual DPW property must be handled by DPW. For any future water-related issues, please contact DWSD at 313-267-7401.
