Thank you fora again reporting the overgrown trees/bushes blocking the area to the City of St. Charles. Our Public Works Department has been notified about this request and I will find out why this has not been trimmed. We appreciate your help in improving the look of our City!
Public Works sent out another letter to the resident on October 20, 2014 for compliance (at 1831 W. Randolph) and we will follow up in mid-November. We had a spike in tree/vegetation service requests this past month and have been working to get them all abated. Thank you!
Public Works staff went out to do a re-inspection this morning at this location and the property owner has still not trimmed the vegetation. We will be sending out our final notice letter to trim the trees today with a deadline for next week (11/19) at that time if it is not trimmed, we will do so.
I apologize for how long this has taken, it was unfortunately was misplaced during a change in our process. Thank you for your patience.
