Description

House is completely dilapidated and neglected by resident/owner. Lawn is unkept, panels along outside of house are falling off, underlying structure exposed and crumbling, window sills broken and falling and many other issues that can be seen just from the street. It is a blight on an otherwise nice neighborhood street and needs serious attention.
