Multi unit apartment complex lawn facing 6th street always covered in litter (beer cans, cigarette butts, etc.). Tenants throw their beer cans behind the bush in front of their building and trash builds up (see picture) and makes its way towards the street. Building owner needs to be notified to tell tenants to stop littering or codes need to be enforced against building owner.
