Is this Adobe cafe? I live 2 blocks from this location and just walked past here the other day, and I can't visualize this. (We only moved here a month ago.) Let me know if you want to ban together to work on this issue. There is a construction lot on Pechin & Dupont that is also a dump and dangerous (broken glass and moss covered sidewalks).

Truck was gone for a few days, now just moved to another spot on the opposite side of Mitchell. Owner's name and phone number removed from side of truck. Is this thing even registered or bearing PA state inspection? Why aren't the police or PPA doing something about this?
