At least they did come and make an attempt to do something, although it was not the best patch. We have an alley behind our home that amazingly the city will not recognize to maintain. There are utilities that must be reached via this alley and large trucks use it, however, the city states that alley was turned over to the property owners to maintain years ago. Of course, this is something that is causing huge issues as many neighbors are doing nothing. We have pots holes big enough to bury a small car and when it rains you cant get thru. Neighbors are using front yards and everything to illegally park and the city needs to rescind this "old" request that was done years ago for property owners that are for the most part now deceased and get our alley passable again!
