This is still not fixed it needs to have a great or fence or screen something to block small dogs or other varmints out of it

Thank you for your comment - when this was reported to us two days ago, a request to inspect the location was sent to the Community Services Department - an inspector did take a look at the catch basin yesterday, and based on that inspection, a notice was sent to the Stormwater Maintenance division asking if it would be possible to modify the catch basin lid to narrow the opening. If that is deemed feasible, that department will initiate the modification just as soon as their current work load permits. In the meantime, please keep small pets on a leash, under supervision, and away from any opening that would be large enough for them to enter.
