If you don't have time to report these issues at a township meeting the proper way , you have no business even complaining then .

The purpose of this site is to notify municipal personnel of the issues. Perhaps you should take a second and review the write up on what this site is for.

Not fixed

For what it's worth, I don't believe that the Township even looks at this site. It would be a handy tool if they did, but they don't. If you want action taken on an issue, you'll have to call the township and/or show up to a township meeting.

And if the township did review this site, the useless bickering between posters would only discredits the vaule of any valid comments/concerns that are posted. (not singling this post out - more of a general observation on this site itself...)

Agreed UP Resident. There are some children on here who just like to stoke the fires and have nothing of any intelligence or value to add, which really makes this site useless. I will contact the Township direct about this code violation.

This is in the Woodbrook Townhomes section off Farmington Ave which was developed by the Kelly Group. I don't believe the roads etc have been officially turned over to Upper Pottsgrove Twp which would explain why this issue has not been fixed. It is up to the developer, the Kelly Group, to fix. I've gotta think Kelly's not fixing it because the Twp still has his funds in escrow and won't release them. There must be some sort of a dispute on a punch list between Kelly and the Twp. Anyway, now the Kelly group has started building an office building on the corner of Farmington Ave and Laura Ln. That absolutely boggles the mind in that how does Upper Pottsgrove Twp let Kelly start ANOTHER building when they haven't resolved the first set of issues? I have to say, the Kelly group has a lot of property in Upper Pottsgrove and I have not been impressed with the way they handle themselves. That Woodbrook Townhomes subdivision is a mess. Sure the homes are nice. But, the streets aren't wide enough (Twp fault for lack of enforcement) and there is no extra parking. The result is that EVERYONE parks in streets not wide enough making it impossible for emergency vehicles to pass. How Upper Pottsgrove let this so-called "Developer" run roughshod over them is beyond the pale of imagination.

has anyone thought that maybe the development is not complete yet. all the wired n underground conduit is installed before any homes are built so maybe that part of the development is scheduled to be done last
