Thank you for reporting this issue to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete. We have forwarded the information you have provided to our Codes Compliance Assistance Department, and they will now inspect the location and take any necessary action. We appreciate your help! Sincerely, Mayor's Action Center
When I reported this I entered 2342 9th Ave. N. three different times and the system kept changing it to 2351-2399 9th Avenue North. What is going on? Sometimes I feel quite vulnerable in front of a house that I'm reporting and don't have the luxury of fooling around with re-entering the correct address into your app several times. I'm sure you can understand my position.
You should be able to turn off the geo-location feature of your mobile device and just manually enter the address in the SCF app. In this instance, a comment with the correct address was sufficient to tell us exactly which property was being reported.
Thank you for your past submission via SeeClickFix. The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
If you think for any reason that the issue you submitted in the past might still be unresolved, please feel free to submit a new report with the SeeClickFix St. Pete website and we will make sure the issue is directed to the appropriate City department to be addressed as soon as possible. If you've already submitted a more current issue report, there is no need to re-open this one.
Thank you again - Sincerely,
Mayor's Action Center
