Description
Every day during rush hour I watch school children attempting to legally cross both ways on Peace at Glenwood. Neither crossing has enough time for a normal human being to cross safely. Please add time to the crossing signals BOTH directions at Peace and Glenwood, and Glenwood at Peace.

Definitely needs some basic pedestrian infrastructure at following intersections and streets:
1) Peace/Glenwood
2) Gaston/Peace
3) St Marys/Peace
4) Glenwood/Johnson
5) Entire Peace St sidewalk between St Marys and West

Totally agree Alascur!!! It is scary as he!! for a pedestrian walking on Peace Street between Saint Marys and Glenwood. Parking lots, sidewalks and vehicular lanes inconsistently blend into each other. Morever, I have seen multiple runners trip and fall due to hazardous footing.
Density is increasing and we need to accelerate the delivery of some basic pedestrian infrastructure.
Two Recommendations
1) New pedestrian islands at intersections of Glenwood & Peace, West & Peace, and Glenwood & Johnson.
2) Offer Tax Credits to private investors for capital invested in civic improvements (i.e. sidewalks, public open space, burying overhead utility lines, etc.).
