The Code Officer found no violation.

When I back out of my driveway, I cannot see oncoming traffic until I back 3/4 of the way into the street. The shrub is so tall it blocks my view from my window, I drive a Navigator and my daughter drives a truck, neither one of us can see until we are almost across the narrow street. BTW, I was outside when the City Vehicle drove by, glancing at the area. I waved for the car to stop, but it continued on up the street. I do not want a confrontation with my neighbor. I do not want to have a vehicular accident either. What can I do?

BTW. the street sweeper drives out around it, therefore leaving trash under the shrub. I try to keep it picked up, it isn't on my property, however, the trash, sticks, leaves would stop rain from running down the street, pooling @ my drive.
