The parking on Adams St. between Hill St. and 4th St. sucks! People park so far apart it's not funny. And people have guests or what not on the weekend and they stay parked in residents parking spots that actually pay rent, for the whole weekend. I live here, and I get stuck parking in the alley, and I am tired of it. I want to park in front of the house I pay rent to live in! I think the city should paint the parking spots like they do in the city, so people don't hog all the room on the street. And what about wintertime? when we shovel out spots out, and people come and snatch it up? Do they think a fairy did it just for them? At least let us mark our spots like the old days with chairs or what not. It is not fair!!!!
