Not only is it not resolved, it's worse. That's only the 'O' in the picture. It's been over a week since you improperly closed this comment, and 2.5 weeks since the big snowfall. How many times have the salt trucks driven by and not one apparently gives a hoot. If the lane is not important, close it properly with the proper traffic control devices.
