Description

Broken cover on water meter/valve box in parking lot. Not sure if it's City or owner's responsibility, but the whole is large and could cause injury or property damage to drivers/pedestrians. Location is actually 1275 Arrington next to building 2 between 1275 Arrington and Petsmart.
