Description

I lived here from 2011-2014. The only *potential* means of secondary egress from the upstairs apartment is through a trap door on the balcony, which leads to a staircase that looks as though it could collapse at any minute, is often blocked off by the downstairs apartment, and then leads to a staircase that actually *has* collapsed.
