Description

Caller states there is an RV that has been at the corner of S Plumer Ave and E 33rd St for a week. Vehicle does not seem to be operational and is blocking some of the road. States the RV is very close to Pueblo Gardens School. Caller has not seen anyone come in and out of the vehicle but states that there are large amounts of trash around the RV.

Caller was not comfortable getting close to the RV to get the plate number.
