Blows leaves from his yard into and down the street. Which mean they go end up on the water drains. It’s not his tree but everyone that lives around it blows leaves in the street instead of using the vacuum kind. I’ve asked a guy to stop because it goes where I end up sweeping or my lawn guy is getting it up sometimes because my curb is so full of leaves and the tree is two houses up. The tree should be able to be cut down that would be great or at least where it doesn’t cross the street. That’s the problem because it’s not his tree either. So maybe both should be notified. It makes the street look bad when lawns look nice. I can’t say he’s blowing his grass he uses a bag on his mower. Maybe he should just blow the leaves back to his height with the tree.
