Description

The intersection of South Kihei Road and Lipoa is set up differently and causing accidents. The left lane allows the driver to turn left OR go straight. The right lane allows the driver to only turn right. This has caused many accidents as the oncoming cars think the car coming towards them will turn left and has the option to go straight. It is the only intersection that I know of that is set up this way. The solution is to have the left lane as a left turn only and the right lane as turning right or going straight. This would significantly reduce accidents. Thank you
