Description

There is a lot of garbage on Mac Circle and on Old Barnwell Road between Old Orangeburg and Emanuel Church Roads that really needs to be cleaned up. I've picked up garbage on Mac Circle many times but it continues to be a problem. Please clean it up ASAP. Thank you
