All of the bushes in front of that bldg need to come out. Whoever owns that apartment building obviously gets away with letting the old shrubbery hang over into the sidewalk which attracts trash and now rats. It's probably one of the worst kept buildings in the Museum District. It's a shame that all of the property owners take such good care of the fronts of their homes and the city lets this owner get away with a building that looks so dirty with a trashy front with rats. I don't even let my dogs stop to pee on the bushes out front because I am afraid of the rats or they might eat a piece of garbage.
