Can you please address the deteriorating news/magazine stands right in front of our building. These stands are an eyesore and they are never maintained by the vendor. Some are broken and loose on the sidewalk. There is about 9 or 10 stands. I didn't know what department in the city issues permits or regulates these stands, but they need to either be fixed and maintained or removed all together. Thank you.
