Please see attached photo. I reported this safety issue to our HOA. The water meter is sunk into the sidewalk which is cracked. I was afraid someone would trip on it. After reporting to the HOA, the city came out and replaced the two plates with a single large plate but it is still sunken in and is still a safety hazard. HOA informed me that the city needs to correct this and replace the cracked sidewalk and the sunken water meter. Please advise when this can be done. Also, it would be helpful if the city would put up a hazard cone to alert residents who frequently walk their dogs on our sidewalks.
