Description

The light for westbound traffic on Lohr at Ann Arbor Saline reverted to its short timing, allowing on 5-6 vehicles to make it through a phase going straight onto waters when previously the entirety of the vehicles waiting on Lohr between Ann Arbor Saline and Lohr Circle and any backed up beyond Lohr circle could make it through the intersection. This happened a couple years ago.
