Please do NOT close jobs like this. The city IS using SeeClickFix, even if it is still somewhat haphazardly. I am talking to them about it, have been for a year. You don't have the right to judge or pick winners and losers.

Frankly, I don't agree - LOOK at how many cases are open-open-open.

That is indeed a problem that requires patience and pressure. Some sections of the city are very quick to fix issues we report, some are not. You can almost see a pattern where things are fixed very quickly, and some where they are not fixed at all. What works in this case is pressure. That can take years. Only one year ago there were over 250 open complaints on SCF, and many of them were 1-3 years old. Today, the latency has dropped by HALF; jobs are now months old, with only a few older than a year old.
