This house is an invitation to vandalism, breaking in, squatting, and a general message that the rest of the street is vulnerable and doesn't care and can be victimized.

Please get on this and have it fixed or torn down. Like Detroit and Flint if we have to.

Code Compliance has sent various letter from exterior painting and work to failure to register the property as a rental. They will continue to work on this matter.

I would really like to see Code Compliance take stronger and quicker action against serial offenders. You can look up some of these properties online and see that they're racking up a half dozen citations a year and don't seem inclined to change their habits.
